  • Enlighten – Host the Retreat: We provide guest intake and registration, communication templates, and on-site or virtual support for flawless execution and elevated experiences.
Phase 1 - Seek.

The "Seek" phase is where we co-create the retreat's purpose, energy, and experience. Together we bring clarity and intention to the retreat vision ensuring values and goals are captured.

Deliverables:

  • Website Landing Page: A compelling description of the retreat for marketing and registration
  • Draft Itinerary: A sample schedule outlining the retreat flow
  • Draft Budget: A preliminary financial plan including estimated costs and revenue projections


Create the Vision
Phase 2 - Explore.

The "Explore" phase brings the retreat vision to life through detailed planning and coordination.  A Future U will secure accommodations, meal plans, excursions, ground transportation*, and any additional facilitators.


Deliverables:

  • Website Promotional Page: Engaging content to promote the retreat and attract registrations
  • Full Itinerary: A finalized schedule with all activities, meals, and logistics
  • Budget: A comprehensive financial plan with confirmed costs and revenue projections

Design the Experience
Phase 3 -Enlighten.

The "Enlighten" phase is where the retreat comes to life.  A Future U provides hands-on support to ensure a smooth, soulful experience for both practitioners and guests.  


Deliverables

  • Full Retreat Itinerary: A professional itinerary for guests with chat communication throughout the retreat. 
  • Guest Communication Templates: Guest Waivers and participation agreements. Including optional WHY-ldly U Self Discovery Session
  • On-Site or Virtual Support: Continued coordination with transportation and vendors as well as troubleshooting and guest support.
