Private Rooms and Suites are on the 1st floor of the luxury villa. The Condos are on the 2nd and 3rd floors. The 2nd floor hosts the Condo Terraces and 3rd floor (top windows) are 2 kings within the condos. The entire villa is situated on a hillside.

King rooms are located within a luxury condo and includes a large kitchen and living room, as well as a spacious ocean view terrace off of the main living area. It's gorgeous. Kings share a bath with either a queen or twin.
